   1. Because we are a service organization, raising money for the community, the Terryville fair grounds generously allows us the use of this location. We must, however, leave it in the condition we find it. We would appreciate your help by taking your trash with you or using the dumpster.

2. Dealers must be off the field by 9:00 pm on Friday night and 5:00 pm on Saturday. Terryville lions club assumes no responsibility for any merchandise left out overnight. Vendors are responsible for any trash produced from their stay. Rate to spend the night is $20.00 for Friday night no hookups!

3. Space size is 20'x20' outdoors, 10' x 10' indoors. Please stay within your space or rent two spaces. Dealers in corner spaces must not place their merchandise in any aisle space that will impede auto or pedestrian traffic.

4. No food or beverages to be sold or given away by dealers. Pets are allowed but owner will be responsible. If the pet becomes disruptive they will need to be removed from the grounds. Food vendors only authorized distributor of food items. Each vendor responsible to meet state food inspector rules.

5. For any dealer who does not yet have a Connecticut state tax number, visit Department of Revenue Services for information.  All sellers should have a tax number, and display the certificate so it is visible at all times. The state tax department allows two casual sales per year for which a tax number is not needed.
