Day of Kindness 2024

Plymouth will celebrate its 7th annual, official DAY OF KINDNESS on Sunday, April 14th sponsored by the Terryville Lions Club's, Plymouth Keys For Kindness Committee. Although there are many acts of kindness occurring in our community all the time, celebrating this one day is a way to highlight its importance!

Throughout the month of April, all residents, business owners, churches, schools, and organizations in Plymouth, Terryville and Pequabuck are encouraged to show that "kindness lives here" by displaying anything purple such as purple spotlights, string lights, bulbs, wreaths, luminary bags, ribbons and of course, our signature BE KIND signs! And all are encouraged to carry out a random act of kindness on April 14th! Let's come together to spread much needed hope, joy, and positivity through kindness and make this a special day in our community!
